With more than 20 years experience in London schools, Lucy brings a deep understanding of what it takes to create safe, well-organised and inspiring environments for young people. Her background in educational leadership gives her a clear insight into how schools operate, and how to ensure every student feels supported and able to thrive.
As CEO of BetaGen, Lucy oversees the day-to-day running of our programs. While students focus on building their coding skills, she ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.
Catherine
Director of Education
Catherine has over a decade of experience in ICT and Computing education and is passionate about code, edtech, and inspiring young minds. Having worked across a range of schools and age groups, she has a strong understanding of how to make technology engaging and accessible.
She now works behind the scenes supporting a growing team of educators delivering coding programmes in schools. Her role covers everything from supporting teachers and creating content to managing logistics and liaising with schools and parents. She plays a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly and that children have a genuinely positive experience learning through code.

Joining the BetaGen team as an Advertising master's graduate from the University of Arts, Lise has used her creative flair and skills to create all of our BetaGen branding - everything from our website to the excellent workbooks and merchandise that you will find at our camps.
